You pick a plan from the Billing page of your dashboard once you have a store. Taxes are not included unless stated. Plans, limits and fees can be changed by the platform; the ones shown here are the current ones.

How billing works
Invoices, not surprise charges
Paid plans are billed by invoice. We do not store your card and we never charge it automatically.
Your plan applies when the invoice is paid
Pay with the instructions shown next to the invoice. Your plan switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Transaction fees are listed
If a plan has a transaction fee, it is shown on the plan and billed on its own invoice for the period. Plans that show no fee have none.
Expired plans fall back to free
If a paid plan expires, your store keeps running with the limits of the free plan until you renew. Your data stays where it is.

Do you take a share of my sales?
It depends on the plan. Each plan on the pricing page shows its transaction fee, or says that there is none.
How do I pay for a paid plan?
Paid plans are billed by invoice. You pay using the instructions shown next to the invoice and your plan is applied once the payment is confirmed. Cards are never charged automatically.
What happens if my paid plan expires?
Your store keeps running with the limits of the free plan until you renew. Your data stays where it is.
Can I stop paying?
Yes. Because paid plans are billed by invoice, you stop by not paying the next one. Your store then continues on the free plan.
